Choc Chip Biscuits To Die For!

I got this fantastic recipe from the fabulous Cheryl Parker.  I have only tweaked it slightly.  I could eat these all day every day!!

INGREDIENTS & METHOD (All in one go):

* 1 Cup White Sugar

* 1 Cup Treacle Sugar

* 1 Cup Marge (I find melting it makes the biscuits softer)

* 2 Eggs

* 1.5 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence

Beat until smooth

* Sift in 3 Cups Self Raising Flour

* Pinch Salt

* Add 340grams Choc Chips (or like me a slab of dark chocolate and a slab (the massive one) of milk chocolate cut up).

Bake at 180 for 10 minutes (although in my ancient oven it takes 15 minutes).  It’s supposed to make 60 biscuits.
