Out of Office

It’s that time of the year again.

You know what I mean.  When there’s too much going on and you just can’t think straight.  The to-do list is piling high with things like teacher presents, school concerts, Christmas parties, class graduations, Christmas tree putting uping, Christmas present purchasing, parties, playdates – not to mention work and life in general.

Only me?  I doubt it.

So instead of, you know, getting everything done that I am supposed to get done, we disappeared for the weekend.  In fact we extended it till today, just because we could.  We’re making the most of the little bit of time that we have left with Seth’s sister, her hubby and my adorable nephew.

Family time is possibly my favourite kind of time and time goes by too quickly not to cherish these moments.
