Presents, Presents, Presents!

Despite all my pre-mothering statements, I realize that my girls are really spoiled!  It’s actually borderline ridiculous the amount of things that they have and I’m not proud of it.  Granted that a lot of it was gifts that we are very thankful for – but a lot of it was the fact that Seth can’t go to the shop without getting them something…  That being said, I don’t think we are at the point were they are totally ungrateful (yet).  Although there have been a few times that I tell them that they are about to break something or they have in fact broken something and they casually say, “buy more shop”.  Because, you know, it’s that easy and why, yes kids money does grow on trees.

But it’s birthday time again, and they girls have been very blessed with lots of presents.  Because their birthdays are so close together, they are usually given their gifts from family on the same day – which has ranged from a couple of days before Kyla’s birthday and has continued even after their party on 4 August.  That’s a whole month of getting presents!  Ridiculous I tell you!

Anyway, I didn’t want to do a whole post on each toy that they got, because that would be insane.  Instead I have selected a couple of pictures of them with some of their new presents.

I just love how cute their feet and legs look in these shoes – bring on Summer
